Squads

Squad Training Times & Qualification Criteria

There are 7 squad levels available for swimmers in the ALBANY SWIM program.

All swimmers entering the ALBANY SWIM program undertake an assessment with one of our coaches.

Following assessment, swimmers are placed in the appropriate squad for a short “trial period” to ensure that the swimmer is suited to that level.

Should a swimmer be required to move to another level, this will be communicated with the swimmer and the parent before any movement occurs.

Session times are as follows.  Please note 3.45pm timeslot change and try your best to adhere to this time.  For our travelling swimmers and coaches this will be a challenge. Coaches are aware that some swimmers will have issues and be late.  Swimmers – please arrive ready to swim (bathers, goggles and spare, kit bag, water bottle etc).
